Springing With Yellow

I know it's not spring but this warm up is making thinking about it and I haven't filled this door basket since before Christmas.
This basket rests on the main door but there is also a storm door that only allows about 4" of space between them so I can't make it too thick.

A trip to Michael's, a sale on the flowers,  plus a coupon discounts helped make this choice today very affordable!

I saw these whopper yellow daffodils and they had to be a part of this spring basket!

Though winter weather will return here before long Im going to enjoy this bright burst of yellow and think of spring!

  3. I love this Liz, what a great door basket, thin enough to use with your storm door but still able to hold a bounty of spring! The daffodils are wonderful, they look so real!

  6. I love the yellow with the white. So pretty Liz. Yeah to see Spring on blog posts. I cannot wait to kiss winter goodbye and say helloooooo Spring and Summer. Here in Illinois it has been unseasonable warm we are breaking records. 65 the last two days and 73 by Saturday. This is unheard of for us in February where temps are usually in the 0 range. So I am loving every minute. Have a great new week.
    Hugs,
    Kris
